Before exporting your Email Template, please ensure that your template is finalized — make sure you've set up a fallback for your interactive experience. If you are using the Forms widget, confirm that your template incorporates the updated form. If you updated the form after embedding it in the email template, click 'Refresh Form' in the Forms section of your template to ensure it includes the latest changes.

Step 1: Set Preview Text

• This field will be disabled in Klaviyo, so it's important to set it in Spellbound.
• The Subject Line will still be set in Klaviyo.

Step 2: Create your Spellbound email as a Klaviyo Template

• Install our extension using any Chrome-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Arc, etc.)
• Once installed, the Klaviyo account you are signed into will appear in Spellbound. This will be the account the template is created in.

Step 3: Sync Recipients

• This ensures anyone who can get an interactive email, will.
• Select one or more Lists or Segments you will be sending to.
• No need to worry about exclusions here.

Step 4: Add your Template to your Campaign

• Continue to set up your campaign as usual in Klaviyo.
• For the Template, select the one you created in Step 2. You can find it under Saved Templates.

• All design changes must be made in Spellbound's email builder.
• If any changes are made, the Update Template button in Spellbound will update the existing template, and you will need to re-add it in your Campaign to ensure the latest version is being used.
• If you aren't ready to send your Campaign yet, we suggest syncing recipients (Step 3) about a day before it goes out.
