Before exporting your Email Template, please ensure that your template is finalized — make sure you've set up a fallback for your interactive experience. If you are using the Forms widget, confirm that your template incorporates the updated form. If you updated the form after embedding it in the email template, click 'Refresh Form' in the Forms section of your template to ensure it includes the latest changes.

Step 1: Set Preview Text

• This field will be disabled in Klaviyo, so it's important to set it in Spellbound.
• The Subject Line will still be set in Klaviyo.

Step 2: Create your Spellbound email as a Klaviyo Template

• Install our extension using any Chrome-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Arc, etc.)
• In Spellbound, the Klaviyo account you are signed into will appear. This will be the account the template is created in.

Step 3: Add a Webhook block and configure with details found in Spellbound

• The only 2 fields to worry about are Destination URL and JSON Body

Step 4: Add a 3-minute delay after the Webhook

Step 6: Add an Email block and select the interactive email you exported from Spellbound.

• It can be found under Saved Templates.

Done!

• Recipients who match your trigger criteria will now be sent an interactive email.
• All design changes must be made in Spellbound's email builder
• If any changes are made, the Update Template button in Spellbound will update the existing template, and you will need to re-add it in your Flow to ensure the latest version is being used.
