Step 1: Publish Form

After creating your survey or quiz with the Forms widget for web, you must publish the form and use the Link under Deploy Details to preview it in your browser.

If you make any changes to the form after the form has been published, remember to return to the Publish page and click 'Publish Changes' to update the published form.

Step 2: Embed Form

Embedding the form on your website it very simple. Grab the Embed code and use it wherever you'd like on your site!
