With a large and diverse customer base, Phil Levner, the Email & SMS Marketing Manager at Purity Products, needed a way to gather detailed data on customer preferences and health concerns to tailor their offerings and communications more effectively. At the end of the survey, Purity Products offered a 33% discount and a free shipping code as a thank you for participating. This gesture not only made customers feel appreciated but also added an extra layer of goodwill.

  • Revenue Generation: Even though the main focus was on gathering data, the email still generated standard campaign revenue.
